Responsibilities Responsibilities Manage multiple projects or programs simultaneously, Maintain and update project plans, risk registers, and action item logs. Schedule, facilitate, and document key meetings; prepare and distribute weekly status reports. Coordinate client and vendor resources and assist with project budget reconciliation. Adopt and enhance company tools, processes, and templates while driving continuous improvement. Apply knowledge of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework, and project management methodologies. Proactively identify and mitigate risks; triage issues related to resource capacity and capability. Travel occasionally (10%) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of experience in project management. Experience in managing projects across multiple business functions and disciplines. PMP certification a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000 to $118,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
