US Marketing Specialist - Offline Events Location: Remote Visa Support: OPT sponsorship available --- Job Description: We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to lead offline event initiatives aimed at engaging university students across key US cities and campuses. This role will focus on building brand presence through strategic partnerships, events, and community-driven campaigns. --- Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute offline promotional events, including campus events, social gatherings, and industry mixers-in major US cities and universities to acquire student users. - Develop and maintain partnerships with student organizations, fraternities, sororities, clubs, and associations to establish sustainable user acquisition channels. - Build and manage a campus ambassador program; design incentive systems to drive participation and ensure successful event execution. - Oversee local community operations to increase user engagement and word-of-mouth. - Stay updated on US youth culture, trends, and hot topics; develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning. - Conduct post-event analysis and data review to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize user acquisition strategies. --- Qualifications: - Deep understanding of the US market and youth culture (Gen Z), with proven connections to student organizations, campus groups, or Gen Z communities in the US. - Fluency in English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills. - Proven experience planning and executing offline/community/campus events in the US; existing network with student unions, fraternities/sororities, or other student associations is a strong plus. - Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to thrive in cross-cultural settings and under pressure. - Strong result-oriented mindset with experience in community building or ambassador programs. - Familiarity with mainstream US social media platforms and youth trends. - Willingness to travel domestically across US campuses/cities as needed for event execution.
