About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager in leading a high-performing team. The AGM plays a vital role in maximizing profitability, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding Wingstop’s standards of excellence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise daily Front of House and Back of House operations • Act as the shift lead and decision-maker in the absence of the General Manager • Support team development through training, coaching, performance feedback, and motivation • Deliver top-tier guest service and address guest concerns promptly and professionally • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and company food safety, health, and sanitation standards (including maintaining an “A” health rating) • Monitor and maintain product quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards • Assist in labor scheduling, inventory management, ordering, and cost control • Follow and enforce all cash handling and security procedures • Help manage Food and Labor Costs in line with company targets • Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness through preventative programs • Train to build the leadership skills necessary for promotion to General Manager • Perform operational duties including register use, taking orders, and food preparation as needed • Additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or District Manager
