The Role We are hiring a Sales Manager who will: • Run appointments and close deals during the build-out phase (first 60–90 days) • Hire, train, and develop the first generation of Window Rehab sales reps • Build a high-performance culture that wins every day • Scale this department into a multimillion-dollar division This is the rare opportunity to grow as the company grows. What You’ll DoFirst 60–90 Days (Build Phase) • Run sales appointments and close deals • Recruit, interview, and hire 2–4 reps • Train through ride-alongs & script work • Build team accountability systems • Create the early culture of discipline & pride After Team Is Built • Lead daily morning huddles • Run weekly KPI reviews • Coach reps in the field • Enforce CRM discipline • Improve close rate, demo rate, average ticket • Continue recruiting and raising the talent bar Our Culture We are building a culture centered on: • Accountability – No excuses. CompensationBase Salary • $1,750/week during first 6 months • $1,500/week once team is stable Personal Commission (Early Phase) • 8% of your own sales • Reduces as team grows (to shift you into full leadership) Overrides Start at $200K+ monthly team revenue: • 1–5% of net team revenue depending on performance tiers Bonuses • Up to $1,750/month in KPI bonuses • $1,000 recruiting bonus per new rep Year One Expected Earnings: $140,000 – $190,000+ What We’re Looking For You’re a fit if you: • Have built or led sales teams before • Are a strong in-home closer • Love recruiting and developing new reps • Thrive in fast-growth environments • Want long-term upward mobility • Treat the business like it’s your own • Care deeply about culture and standards This role will attract leaders who want to make a mark — not coast.
