About the Role Windigo Solutions is hiring motivated, competitive individuals to join our team as Commission-Only Sales Setters. Your responsibility is to reach out to small business owners, start conversations, and book meetings for our team. You’ll use proven scripts, targeted lists, and a clear pitch — your job is to initiate the conversation and set the appointment. When a client signs with us from a meeting you set, you earn $400–$600 per deal. This role is ideal for someone hungry, disciplined, and looking for a remote opportunity with strong income potential. Bonus Qualifications (Not Required) • Experience in sales, customer service, or cold calling • Familiarity with small business conversations • Interest in marketing, technology, or entrepreneurship • Experience using CRM tools (GoHighLevel is a plus) Compensation • $400–$600 per closed client • 100% commission • No income cap • Weekly or bi-weekly payouts • Top performers can realistically earn $2,000–$6,000/month.
