Position Summary The Warehouse Supervisor oversees all daily activities within the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and production support for a manufacturing environment specializing in connectors and small cable assemblies. This role supervises the Shipping and Warehouse teams, ensuring the warehouse operates safely and efficiently. Qualifications & Requirements • 3–4 years of warehouse or supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment required • 1–2 years of supervisory or team-lead experience • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems • Strong understanding of inventory management, material flow, and shipping processes • Ability to interpret production schedules and material requirements. • Experience in electronics, connectors, cable assemblies, or similar industries preferred • Forklift certification preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Our core values - Accountability, Collaboration, and Empowerment (ACE) - are the foundation of how we operate and drive success. Are You Our Next ACE? • Supervise, train, and coach team members in Buying, Planning, Shipping, and Warehouse functions. • Prioritize daily workload, delegate tasks, and ensure clear communication across teams. • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development. • Ensure staffing levels support operational needs. • Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods. • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation activities. • Ensure proper storage and handling of materials, including connectors, cable assemblies, and components. • Implement and sustain 5S, lean practices, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure customer shipments are processed on time and according to quality requirements. • Coordinate freight scheduling, including small parcel and LTL carriers. • Maintain compliance with shipping documentation and export/import requirements including ITAR, when applicable. • Maintain a safe working environment and enforce OSHA and company safety protocols. Ensure proper handling of sensitive materials and adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., ITAR, ISO standards). • Utilize ERP, MRP, and inventory management systems to maintain accurate data. • Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, purchase order delivery performance, and warehouse productivity. • Prepare and present reports on warehouse and supply chain performance as required. • Track team performance metrics such as picking accuracy, order turnaround time, and on-time shipment.
