Winchester Gardens is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team! Winchester Gardens is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Maplewood, NJ. At Springpoint, our Marketing Coordinators are an essential part of the marketing team. Our MCs assist new & potential residents make the transition from their current home to our community as smooth and memorable as possible and support the efforts of our Marketing Director & sales counselors. Responsibilities: • Consults with and guides resident/buyers in personalizing their new residence through the selections process (i.e. plumbing, electrical, flooring, and carpeting, countertops, appliances, cabinetry and customized modifications). • Answers and directs incoming phone calls and manages the Up System in accordance with the community and Springpoint Lead Distribution Policy. • Greets and serves all visitors to the marketing office in accordance with the community and Springpoint Hospitality program. • Helps to coordinate site events with Director of Sales and Marketing. • Develops and maintains communications with Sales Counselors and Director of Sales and Marketing regarding appointments with residents and their status. • Prepares and updates marketing and sales reports and processes all sales transactions. • Maintains marketing systems, including REPS Lead system. • Processes invoices, tracks inventory and orders office supplies, collateral, and other printed materials within the approved budget. • Coordinates move in process and prepares closing documents. • Provides new resident orientation to help them acclimate to the community and to convey resident handbook guidelines • Prepares an accurate summary of selections made by the resident/buyer, prepares an invoice for selections with additional cost and obtains a signed Addendum Contract.
