Senior Product Manager (Digital Retail or eCommerce) Location: Remote Contract Duration: 12 months Pay Rate: $64/hr – $76/hr | Long-Term Contract Opportunity Job Overview: A leading global retail and eCommerce innovator is seeking an experienced Strategic Product Manager III to join its Technology organization. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, business strategy, and technology innovation. As a Strategic Product Manager, you will serve as the voice of the customer while balancing business and technology priorities. You’ll own product strategy for key digital platforms, partner closely with stakeholders across business and technology teams, and help deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions that drive measurable business value. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced omni-channel retail environment where your product leadership will directly influence the digital experience for millions of customers. What You’ll Do • Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for your portfolio, prioritizing initiatives based on clear business value. • Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to align on new product capabilities and strategic priorities. • Measure and track product success and adoption, ensuring initiatives deliver meaningful business outcomes. • Identify and prioritize defect fixes, operational improvements, and optimization opportunities within your product ecosystem. • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for your product domain and guide teams in maximizing platform capabilities. • Maintain an Agile product backlog, define requirements, build user stories, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Communicate product strategy and updates through presentations, documentation, training sessions, and stakeholder discussions. • Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to navigate complex decisions and shape product strategy. • Stay current on omni-channel retail trends and emerging digital products, turning insights into actionable product recommendations. What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree required. • 7+ years of Product Management experience within digital or eCommerce environments. • Strong experience working with Agile product management frameworks including backlog management and user story development. • Proven ability to launch and scale platform products from concept to market. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • A customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of user experience and product design principles. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business partners. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Nice to Have: Experience working with Financial Services or Digital Payment Platforms, such as: • Rewards Credit Cards • Installment Payment Plans • Protection Plans • Money Transfer Platforms • Digital Gift Cards • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) • Prepaid Money Accounts Knowledge of digital payments ecosystems and emerging fintech trends is a strong asset.
