Support billing, validate and replenish product usage, assist sales teams, and manage customer inquiries primarily in healthcare sales contexts.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting sales, billing, and product usage for surgical procedures, while ensuring strong customer relationships and smooth communication with healthcare professionals. What You’ll Do • Billing Support – Accurately process all purchase orders (Bill Only, Ship & Bills, GHX, and other platforms). Work closely with hospital billing specialists, resolve discrepancies, and ensure a fast, accurate billing process. • Validate Product Usage – Check and confirm surgery product usage cases. Partner with Sales Reps to resolve discrepancies in usage or pricing. • Replenish Product Usage – Manage replenishment requests, verify lot codes, and confirm delivery locations with Sales and Operations partners. • Sales Support – Build strong relationships with Sales Reps. Assist with product/case information, data entry, and provide quick, clear answers to questions from sales teams and healthcare partners. • Customer Service – Be the first point of contact for customers and sales inquiries via phone, email, and Teams. Record interactions, resolve issues effectively, and proactively update customers on order and billing status.
