We're seeking a motivated and experienced Team Lead, People & Culture NAM to join our People Operations department. In this leadership role, you'll oversee a team dedicated to providing exceptional service in the areas of policy and compliance, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. ABOUT YOU - Lead and manage a high-performing team of P&C generalists and specialists. - Provide expert guidance and coaching to team members on policy interpretation, benefits administration, and employee relations issues. - Partner with business leaders across the organization to develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. - Manage the day-to-day operations of the P&C function, including benefits administration, payroll processing, and recordkeeping. - Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve P&C processes and service delivery. - Stay current on HR trends and best practices, and recommend changes to improve the employee experience. - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - Minimum 5 years of experience in a P&C or similar HR role supporting a US employee population. Experience in Canada or Mexico is strongly preferred but not required. - Proven leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and motivating teams. - Strong understanding of HR policies, benefits administration, and employee relations best practices. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in HR technology and information systems. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The salary for this position is anticipated to range between 60k to 80k annually. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, skills, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include, but are not limited to, a candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and any client specific specifications. Most candidates will start at the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience and skills and who live in geographic markets commanding a higher starting pay. An employee’s pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
