Wilson Brown is a high-growth fintech software company that builds specialized SaaS platforms supporting financial operations for alternative asset managers and institutional investment firms. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to take end-to-end ownership of a core product vertical, working across Angular, .NET Core, and Azure to build secure, scalable systems used by sophisticated financial institutions. Responsibilities • Own the full lifecycle of a product vertical from design through deployment • Lead and mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and best practices • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Angular, .NET Core (C#), and Azure SQL • Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on Azure, including App Services, Functions, Key Vault, and Service Bus • Drive architectural decisions with a focus on scalability, security, and performance • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices using Azure DevOps Skills • 6–10 years of full stack development experience • Strong hands-on experience with Angular and .NET Core / C# • Proven experience building and deploying systems in Azure • Experience taking ownership of complex systems and mentoring engineers • Comfort operating in a fintech or highly regulated environment • Experience with AI/ML integration or AI-assisted development is a plus Benefits • Equity Company Overview • Wilson Brown is a specialist FinTech staffing partner focused exclusively on delivering high-calibre Product, Software Engineering, Data, ML, and AI professionals to innovative financial technology companies.
