Shares in supervision and maintenance of facilities and events. Job Description: Required Qualifications: • High School graduate or equivalent. • Experience in facility/event management. • Organizational, administrative and computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheet, and database, preferably Microsoft Office and Photoshop. • Knowledge of the fiscal/budgetary process of managing facilities and events. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others using strong interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree. • Experience in collegiate athletics or higher education. • Experience with Microsoft Office and Photoshop. • Experience in the fiscal/budgetary process of managing facilities and events. Conditions of Employment: • Subject to evening, weekend and holiday work. May be subject to occasional travel. • This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
