Location: East Coast Remote Traveling Position Compensation: Base Salary + Commission = Uncapped Earning Potential Travel: 2-3 weeks per month (sometimes every week) with monthly visits to the home office in the DC Metro area (All travel expenses will be paid by the company). About the Role: This is a dynamic role designed for someone who thrives on travel, relationship-building, and business development. Your focus will bounce between business development, project management & estimating, and some administrative duties. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base, managing projects, and closing deals. While no prior painting experience is required, you must be a fast learner, highly accountable, and eager to drive results. • *Our goal is to build a position that keeps you embedded in our culture while being on the go! You will meet daily with the owner and or staff for updates and information swaps via phone and video chat. We have built a deep culture of TEAM and enjoy training and seeing people advance in their careers.** This will be a role that is likely to transition into a full sales and project management role over time. What You’ll be doing: Business Development & Prospecting 1. Target list management – identify, track, and maintain potential commercial painting clients. 2. Cold outreach & engagement – Conduct walk-ins, emails, calls, and in-person visits to build relationships. Think of unique and creative ways to get in the door! 3. Presentations & Meetings – Confidently pitch to individual clients and groups of decision-makers. 4. Travel for prospecting – Frequent travel across the East Coast and across the US as needed to meet with current clients and build relationships with prospective clients. Project management & Estimating 1. Client coordination – help manage project timelines and client expectations 2. Estimating Jobs – Learn to estimate painting projects (we provide training). 3. Project follow-through – Ensure seamless communication between clients and the operations team. Administrative 1. Scheduling - Coordinate and manage scheduling for upcoming projects, ensuring timelines and resource availability align with project needs. 2. Project Setup - Create new projects in the project management software, including uploading photos and documents, and assigning necessary team members and stakeholders. 3. Pre- and Post-Project Coordination - Communicate with on-site managers and internal crews to ensure smooth project initiation and completion, addressing any logistical or operational needs. Who We’re looking for Must Have Qualities: -Extreme flexibility & Travel Readiness – Comfortable traveling 2-3 weeks per month (sometimes every week).
