Our publishing division supports academic excellence, scientific discovery, and lifelong learning through journals, books, and digital platforms. 🎯 Role Overview As an Editorial Assistant, you’ll be a vital part of Wiley’s Editorial & Content team, supporting the development and management of academic journals and publications. You’ll work closely with editors, authors, and reviewers to ensure smooth editorial workflows and uphold Wiley’s commitment to quality and integrity. 🧩 Key Responsibilities • Coordinate manuscript submissions and peer review processes using Wiley’s editorial systems • Communicate with authors, reviewers, and editorial board members to ensure timely responses • Assist in preparing content for production, including metadata entry and formatting • Monitor editorial timelines and flag delays or issues to the Managing Editor • Support special projects such as journal launches, editorial board meetings, and content audits • Maintain accurate records and documentation for assigned publications 🧠 Qualifications • degree in Publishing, Communications, English, or a related field • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus) • Familiarity with academic publishing or peer review processes preferred • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently • Experience with editorial management systems (e.g., ScholarOne, Editorial Manager) is a bonus
