Summmary: Wildflower Wellness is a well-established mental health group practice in Baltimore County, Maryland dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to our community, with a specialization in serving the neurodivergent population. We are seeking a part-time executive administrative assistant to join our team and support our founder and therapists in delivering exceptional care to clients. Responsibilities • Schedule client appointments and manage therapist calendars • Answer phones and emails, responding to to inquiries in a timely manner • Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality (Access to mandatory HIPAA training will be provided post-hire) • Process billing and insurance claims and credit card payments as requested • Maintain client waitlist for practice • Meet with practice owner twice a week to provide updates on task completion • Provide other general administrative support as needed to company CEO Required Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • General interest in field/ client population served • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to multitask and work efficiently • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and electronic medical records systems (EHRs) Preferred Qualifications: • Understanding of the term “neurodivergence” and challenges specific to the neurodivergent community • Previous experience in a medical or mental health office Benefits/Compensation: • Flexible schedule • Supportive work environment • Access to owner’s expertise and expertise of other clinicians in the practice • Professional development and consultation opportunities • Invitation to all company events and parties Job Type: Part-time Base Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
