Role Description As a Guest Experience Team Lead at Wild Heart Yoga in Austin, TX, you’ll set the tone for every guest’s experience—from their first hello to their final savasana. This role combines leadership, customer care, and community engagement, supporting everything from class check-ins and memberships to assisting studio operations and boutique retail. We’re looking for someone who leads with charisma, organization, and a genuine love of people. Qualifications • You’ve got a knack for sales and customer service—you love connecting with people, sharing what you love, and turning great conversations into memberships and boutique sales. • You’re a natural communicator, warm and charismatic with everyone who walks through the door, and able to connect with guests from all walks of life. • You’re comfortable working with a point-of-sale system and enjoy the flow of a busy day filled with check-ins, sales, and warm chats. • You’re passionate about yoga, wellness, and community—you don’t have to be a yogi, but you believe in the magic of mindful living. • You thrive in an environment that’s always moving and evolving. Multitasking and staying cool under pressure? That’s your superpower. • You’ve got an eye for detail and take pride in keeping the studio looking beautiful, clean, and organized. • You love being part of something bigger—building community, supporting local makers, and creating an experience people can feel. • You’re flexible with mornings, evenings, and weekends • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in an ever-changing environment Requirements • You’re goal-driven and love sharing offerings that inspire others — whether it’s memberships, boutique finds, or upcoming workshops and events. • You’re a strong communicator, comfortable chatting with guests in person, over the phone, or by email. • You’re genuinely passionate about yoga, wellness, and community (bonus points if you already know and love Wild Heart!). • You show up reliably and professionally — organized, trustworthy, and ready to make things happen. • You’re comfortable using computers and studio software, and you learn new systems quickly. • You’re a self-starter who takes initiative and brings good energy to the team. • You’re available to work weekends, with flexibility for mornings or evenings when needed. Responsibilities • Drive sales with heart — connect with guests, follow up on leads, and share memberships, retail items, and upcoming events in an authentic and inspiring way. • Support member retention by building real relationships and helping guests feel seen, valued, and part of the Wild Heart community. • Welcome new faces by giving studio tours and sharing what makes Wild Heart such a special place to practice. • Meet (and celebrate!) monthly membership goals through meaningful conversations and thoughtful recommendations. • Represent Wild Heart at both in-studio and off-site community events — spreading the word about our offerings and connecting with local partners. • Help keep the studio looking beautiful through light cleaning and organizing, creating a peaceful, inviting space for all. • Assist with inventory management for our boutique, making sure shelves are stocked and displays look amazing. • Be part of the magic by supporting special events like Full Moon Yoga, SXSW, the SoulSet Series, and private studio rentals. • COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Hourly $17-$18 based on experience • + Commission on membership sales • Free classes & workshops • Free guest passes • Retail discounts • Yoga Teacher Training discount • Training & development • Opportunities for growth
