This role may also involve helping in the warehouse—from stocking and retrieving items to making deliveries, operating a forklift, pitching in with housekeeping, and supporting general branch needs. A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role: • Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner • Submit and code bills and invoices to the AP department for payment • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer needs • Assist with monthly inventory cycle counts and annual inventory • Support the Sales Team with inaccurate customer pricing and quickly resolve any inquiries or concerns • Prepare reports under the manager’s supervision • Aid team members in administrative tasks • Organize and stage inventory in designated warehouse areas for efficient access and safety compliance • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders; report discrepancies promptly • Assist with loading and unloading trucks and coordinating outbound shipments • Safely operate warehouse equipment (training provided) and adhere to all safety protocols • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse spaces to meet safety standards What You Bring to the Role: • 0-1 years of experience • High School Diploma or equivalent • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to learn JD Edwards (training will be provided) • The ability to accurately apply basic math concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios • Mobility to move freely across uneven terrain both indoors and outdoors safely • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods What Makes You a Great Fit: • You have strong interpersonal and effective communication skills • You have good organizational skills with strong attention to detail • You’re able to respond professionally to inquiries or complaints • Commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service in both office and warehouse settings • You read, write, and speak English fluently Compensation and Benefits: • The base compensation for this position ranges from $18.51 to $24.67 per hour.
