Here’s what success will look like: As the Director, Digital Strategy, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our digital sales systems, ad tech integrations, digital media automation, and programmatic ad solutions. Strategic Leadership & Vision Define and own the product vision and strategy for digital, ensuring alignment with Sales, Professional Services, Support and Engineering teams, business goals and industry trends. Develop a multi-year roadmap, aligned with Sales’ bookings, balancing market opportunities, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Act as a thought leader in ad tech, representing the company in industry discussions, client meetings, and conferences. Team Leadership & Development Build, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation. Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and development plans for team members. Foster cross-functional alignment by working closely with Engineering, QA, Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing to ensure product success. Product Execution & Innovation Oversee and guide the design, development, and launch of new features, focusing on Digital and Cross-platform Sales and workflow, API-based integrations with ad servers and DSPs like Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, The Trade Desk, DV360, and CM360. Prioritize product initiatives, balancing short-term impact with long-term growth. Ensure Agile best practices are followed, leading backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management. Partner with UX and Engineering teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences. Customer & Market Engagement Develop deep relationships with publishers, agencies / advertisers and technology vendors to understand their evolving needs, pain points and strategic partnerships Actively engage with clients and industry leaders to drive product adoption and identify areas for expansion. Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to ensure differentiation and innovation. Cross-Functional & Executive Collaboration Present product strategies and updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Work closely with Sales & Marketing to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and product positioning. Ensure seamless coordination between product, engineering, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions at scale. To thrive in this role, we’re looking for: 8+ years of product strategy management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or director-level role. Deep expertise in digital advertising, programmatic media, and ad tech integrations. Strong technical knowledge of order management systems (Operative.One, Placements.io, Boostr), ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, Adswizz/Audiomatic), DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.), and API integrations for automated ad buying and selling. Experience managing and mentoring Product Managers, fostering career growth and development. Proven ability to define and execute product strategy, aligning with business goals. Strong analytical mindset, using data and KPIs to inform product decisions. Experience working in an Agile development process, collaborating with engineering and design teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executives, customers, and cross-functional teams. Bonus: Experience in linear TV, audio, and cross-platform media workflows is a plus. Pay Range: $180,000 - $200,000 + Annual Variable Bonus Compensation: The compensation range listed, and a general description of other compensation and benefits will apply to this position. Various factors are considered to determine compensation ranges including market data, location, experience, qualifications, and skills.
