About the job: Are you passionate about customer service and hospitality? Then this is the role for you. At Whoosh, we are building modern, intuitive, and streamlined software solutions to support club operations at premier private clubs across the country. You’ll have a key role in supporting our sales, onboarding and customer success operations. Job Type: Full-time Location: Fully remote (some travel required) Salary: $60 - 70K Company Overview: Whoosh (www.whoosh.io) is developing modern club operations software to help private and public clubs manage everything from the course to the clubhouse. We are a B2B vertical SaaS company backed by top-tier VC investors like AlleyCorp, Craft Ventures and 8VC and are focused on disrupting the golf, racquet and hospitality industry. Used by top 100 golf courses across the country, our software streamlines staff workflows, improves club communications and enables better hospitality and member experiences. Where you'll make an impact: Responsible for the buildout of POC (proof of concept) environments Maintain and ship hardware for POCs Provide ongoing customer support via email and phone channels Serve as the Whoosh subject matter expert during and after the POC process Assist the account executives in updating system configurations and setting up workflows during and after the POC process. Schedule training sessions with customers to ensure clubs are knowledgeable and able to use the product to its full potential. Collect bugs/support-related issues, help troubleshoot, and escalate to the Engineering and Product Team accordingly. You'll be successful if you have: 2+ years of sales, account management or customer success experience with a track record of taking on new projects, closing sales accounts, and delighting customers (Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus). Familiarity with G-Suite, Hubspot, Zendesk, Intercom and other software tools. Comfortable working on new initiatives and owning new projects. Experience understanding our customers' wants and needs, setting expectations and providing feedback to our product team. “Get it done” attitude with passion about building something great with a great team.
