It's a movement where every transaction funds transformation and dismantles the systems perpetuating addiction in our communities. About the Role: This isn't just appointment setting. You're a brand ambassador. You'll be connecting with US business owners and community leaders across multiple industries through social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). Building real relationships. Exploring partnership opportunities. Sharing our vision and showing them how being part of this creates impact that benefits everyone. You're the conversation starter. Not the closer. You connect with people, build rapport, and book them for calls with our team. You'll also be identifying referral partners — business leaders who can introduce us to their networks. That's where the real multiplier happens. One appointment with the right partner can turn into dozens of deals. What You'll Do: • Build and maintain strong, active social profiles across multiple platforms • Connect with US business owners through social media (you're NOT getting on calls with them) • Use different approaches based on who you're talking to and what industry they're in • Explore partnership opportunities and share how our vision creates mutual benefit • Book qualified calls for our closers • Identify and recruit high-value referral partners • Represent WholePay's mission in every interaction Career Path & Growth: Starting Position: Brand Ambassador You'll learn our system manually first. We get a lot of candidates. The manual approach shows us who's serious and who's not. Once you prove yourself, doors open. Promotion: Team Leader • Earn per qualified appointment (not per close) • Get access to automation tools and CRM • Work smarter while earning more Advanced Role: Closer • NOW you get on calls with qualified appointments • Close deals directly • Higher earning potential • Direct impact on your income Compensation Structure: This is where it gets interesting. ✅ 10% lifetime residual on every merchant account you help close ✅ Uncapped activation bonus per successful merchant onboarding (averages $150, can reach thousands on larger accounts) ✅ 10% lifetime residual on ALL deals closed through referral partners YOU recruit The multiplier: When you book one appointment with a referral partner who joins, you earn on every deal they bring in. One great partner = dozens of residual checks. Earning potential: • Starting: $2,000-$4,000/month as you build your pipeline • First year: Near six figures for committed performers • Ongoing: Multiple six figures annually as your residuals compound and your referral network grows Requirements: You need ONE of the following: Option 1: Established, active US social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) with high engagement history with US businesses. Ready to start outreach immediately. Option 2: Willing to go through our 2-week profile development and training program before you can start scaling up outreach. You must have: • Fluent English with excellent written communication • Comfortable building relationships through conversation • Self-motivated and reliable • Passion for mission-driven work • US time zone availability preferred (not required) Why This Is Different: Most appointment setter roles cap your income.
