Whitehorse Freight is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CSA Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills, clear communication, and a proactive mindset who thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment. The CSA Representative plays a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth carrier onboarding and communication. This position is Monday–Friday, in-person at our Crestview Hills, KY location. Job Responsibilities: • Partner with the sales team to onboard new carriers into our system • Request, collect, and verify carrier authorization and compliance documents • Accurately upload and maintain carrier documentation within internal systems • Communicate with carriers and insurance providers via phone and email • Maintain organized records while ensuring compliance and attention to detail • Support internal teams to ensure timely and efficient operations Qualifications: • 1 year of logistics experience • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems quickly • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through • Self-motivated with the ability to manage tasks independently Benefits: • Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance • 401K with excellent company match • Paid time off and paid holidays • Opportunities for career advancement • Supportive, team-oriented work environment At Whitehorse Freight, we invest in our people and provide the training and support needed to succeed.
