Our client, an early-stage FinTech company, is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Engagement Lead to join their growing team. In this fully remote role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for executive teams at new client organizations. You’ll be responsible for leading onboarding efforts, delivering a seamless and professional experience, and building strong relationships from day one. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while supporting long-term client success. Job Function • Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new clients from post-sale to full activation. • Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, Product, and Engineering teams to meet onboarding requirements promptly. • Collect, validate, and process client documentation. • Configure client accounts and provide platform walkthroughs or demos. Monitor onboarding progress and proactively resolve any bottlenecks. • Educate clients on platform features and best practices for successful adoption. • Track and document all onboarding activities in CRM systems. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree required. • 4 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, ideally within a bank, consultancy, asset manager, FinTech, SaaS, or financial services firm. • Proficiency in analytics tools, onboarding platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools. • Familiarity with financial regulations and/or experience working with APIs or technical documentation.
