HR Coordinator We are a growing organization looking for a proactive, people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team in Fort Worth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is passionate about supporting both employees and leaders. You will work closely with the Senior HR Coordinator and play a key role in recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations. What You Will Be Doing: Managing full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and supporting onboarding. Handling day-to-day HR administration, including employee file management, HRIS updates, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Supporting benefits administration, including enrollments, status changes, and employee inquiries. Assisting with new hire orientation and ensuring employees have a smooth start. Administering routine processes such as leave tracking, policy communication, and compliance documentation. Acting as a first point of contact for general HR questions and helping employees navigate HR procedures. Providing administrative support to the HR Manager on various tasks and projects. Your Skills and Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on exposure to recruiting. Strong understanding of HR best practices, and US employment law and compliance. Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail. Someone who is approachable, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
