Job Summary Responsible for supporting supplier performance measurement programs by ensuring data accuracy, generating insightful reports, and conducting analysis to enhance supply chain reliability. Collaborates cross-functionally to lead performance reviews, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Designs and maintains OTIF (On-Time In-Full) measurement systems and reporting frameworks. Develops and tracks supplier performance metrics and KPIs. Collects, validates, and analyzes supplier performance data using standardized processes. Leads supplier performance reviews and identifies opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction. Builds and maintains automated reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights. Participates in cross-functional meetings to present transparent, data-driven supplier performance findings. Collaborates with internal teams to support corrective action plans and improvement initiatives. Documents procedures and contributes to training materials for internal stakeholders. Leads continuous improvement initiatives and implements best practices for supplier relationship management. Promotes teamwork and service excellence through collaboration with Category Management, Purchasing, and Transportation associates. Applies experienced judgment to ensure data integrity and actionable insights. Demonstrates unwavering commitment to dependable supplier compliance and performance. Nature and Scope Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data. Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process. May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel. Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical skills with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization and analysis tools. Experience in supply chain, procurement, or supplier performance management. Proven ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams. Track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives. Solid understanding of OTIF metrics and KPI development. This position may be remote, or hybrid based on location. Eligible candidates residing in the greater Atlanta area will be asked to work two days a week in our Doraville, GA Field Support Center.
