Job Description / Qualifications Job Summary Responsible for supporting Finance Operations functions with advanced reporting and analytics dashboards. Provides limited systems administration as needed. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities •Develops dashboards in Power BI or other analytics tools as chosen by White Cap. Collaborates with the Operations and Data Analytics teams to create their Power BI dashboards. •Manages a team of analysts that create and maintain reports that deliver insights to support business decisions. •Runs monthly financial processes and reports. •Engages in integrations that enhance support for FinOps tools. •Provides system administration on FinOps tools. Nature and Scope Solutions require analysis and investigation. Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff. Work Environment Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines. Preferred Qualifications Preferred Qualifications / Job Specific Details Preferred Qualifications Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, & RentalMan) and their automation capabilities. Proficiency in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath,) for automating accounting workflows. Experience with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) to monitor automation performance. Familiarity with API integrations and scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for custom automation solutions. •MS Excel expert, i.e. macros, VBA, pivots, graphs •Power BI proficient •SQL tools, e.g. T.O.A.D. or similar •Analytical skills •Demonstrated leadership skills •Business partnership skills If you’re looking to play a role in building America, consider one of our open opportunities.
