Customer Solutions & Scheduling Specialist – 100% Remote (New York Residents Only) ACME Exterminating Corp. $27 per hour | Full-Time | Work from anywhere in New York State About ACME 70-year old New York institution. GreenPro & QualityPro certified, union-associated, and obsessively customer-first. We protect homes, offices, restaurants, theaters, and schools from pests across all five boroughs and Long Island. The Opportunity This is a true New Yorker’s pest-control role. You’ll work from home, but you must live in New York and know the city like the back of your hand — because you’ll be the person who builds the smartest, fastest, most efficient technician routes every single day, optimizing and adjusting as the day unfolds. If you already know that the BQE is a parking lot at 8 AM, that the 7 train skips stops during rush hour, and exactly how long it takes to get from Flushing to Jamaica to Midtown, this job will feel like it was custom-built for you. What You’ll Own • Manage routes for a growing portfolio of 1,000+ accounts across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Long Island • Build and optimize daily routes for 7+ technicians, hitting 90%+ completion using your intimate knowledge of NYC traffic patterns, subway delays, bridge/tunnel restrictions, street cleaning, customer communication, and school zones • Handle inbound/outbound calls — schedule, reschedule, calm upset customers, and capitalize on additional opportunities • Keep CRM (Pest Pac) records perfect and handle light bookkeeping/data-entry • Jump in wherever the team needs you (because that’s what New Yorkers do) Must-Have Background • 2+ years in pest-control operations (client solutions, scheduling, route planning, customer care) • Current or very recent experience at unionized companies • You live in New York and can navigate the five boroughs and Long Island in your sleep • Proven ability to route technicians around real-world NYC chaos while keeping customers happy • Calm, confident phone presence and strong problem-solving skills • Comfortable with CRM software (PestPac), Excel/Google Sheets, and basic office tools • Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus Schedule Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM EST (includes paid 1-hour lunch + two paid 30-minute breaks = 8 paid hours) Compensation & Benefits • $27 per hour • Employer-sponsored supplemented health insurance • Paid holidays + generous PTO • All equipment provided (laptop, headset, second monitor if desired, phone etc.) • Upsell bonuses available Why This Is the Perfect NYC Pest-Control Gig • 100% remote, but still 100% New York • Use the geography knowledge you already have instead of letting it go to waste • Bigger impact (and appreciation) than in giant corporate operations • Real benefits and stability with a 70-year legacy company that’s still growing If you’re the person Manhattan and Long Island technicians already thank for making their day easier… we need you.
