Our client, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Senior Process Improvement Engineer to join their Industrial Engineering team. This critical on-site role is located in **Orlando, Florida, US**, and focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality across all manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, analyzing workflows, and implementing lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other continuous improvement tools. Key responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams in process mapping, data analysis, and root cause investigations to develop and implement sustainable solutions. You will also be tasked with designing and standardizing new processes, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training personnel on process changes.
