The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to learning. Responsibilities will include: Assisting senior analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across various departments. Supporting the creation of detailed process flows and use cases. Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing feedback. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications. Maintaining project documentation and ensuring data accuracy. Learning and applying business analysis best practices and methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Eagerness to learn and develop new skills. Understanding of database concepts is a plus.
