Full Description

Our client is seeking an experienced and energetic Sports Facility Manager to oversee the operations of a premier sports complex in Los Angeles, California, US . This role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety, maintenance, and customer service across all facilities, including fields, courts, gyms, and event spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, event coordination, and staff supervision within the sports and leisure industry. You will manage day-to-day operations, develop and implement operational policies, and oversee budgets for maintenance, staffing, and supplies. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating sports events, leagues, and tournaments; managing vendor relationships for maintenance and services; ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations; and leading and motivating a team of facility staff. A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, along with at least 5 years of experience in managing sports facilities or similar venues. Proven experience in budget management, staff leadership, and event planning is essential. Strong knowledge of sports facility operations, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols is required. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are crucial. You will be the primary point of contact for facility users, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all.
