Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their dynamic, fully remote recruitment team. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing top-tier talent across various industries and levels. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding support. This is a remote-first position, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere in the US. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates. Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process. Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures. Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition. Promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consultancy. Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various recruitment technologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
