Our client, a rapidly expanding technology firm, is looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead their recruitment efforts within the Human Resources domain in Nashville, Tennessee . This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of HR roles, from entry-level positions to senior leadership appointments. This includes developing effective sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, conducting thorough interviews and assessments, and managing the offer process. You will partner closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent needs, workforce planning objectives, and employer branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate recruiting, specializing in HR talent acquisition. Proven experience utilizing various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and industry events, is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. You should possess a deep understanding of the HR landscape and the ability to effectively assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS is a must. This role demands a proactive, organized, and data-driven approach to talent acquisition. You will contribute to improving recruitment processes, enhancing the candidate experience, and building a diverse and high-performing workforce.
