Full Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to lead critical technical projects within their organization. This role, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, US , requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from conception through to successful completion. You will be responsible for defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, developing detailed project plans, and managing budgets, resources, and timelines effectively. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will coordinate efforts across engineering, IT, operations, and other departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating project risks, managing change control processes, and ensuring clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including senior leadership. You will also be responsible for team motivation, performance management, and fostering a collaborative project environment. This hybrid role allows for a blend of in-office collaboration at our Indianapolis, Indiana, US location and remote work, offering a flexible work-life balance. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is required; PMP or similar certification is highly preferred. A minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years focused on complex technical projects, is expected.
