Our client, a highly respected charitable organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Program Manager to lead their community outreach initiatives in Portland, Oregon, US . This hybrid role offers the flexibility to blend remote planning and administrative tasks with on-site community engagement and event management. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing impactful programs designed to serve and uplift the local community. Key responsibilities include designing comprehensive outreach strategies, identifying community needs, and establishing partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders. You will manage program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure the successful execution of outreach events, workshops, and educational activities.
