Our client, a prestigious global management consulting firm, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Management Consultant to join their New York City practice. This is an on-site role, requiring the candidate to work from our bustling **New York City, New York** office and travel to client sites as needed. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead project teams, develop strategic recommendations for clients across various industries, and play a crucial role in driving business transformation. You will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, designing innovative solutions, and guiding clients through implementation. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. Responsibilities: Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Conduct in-depth business analysis, diagnose client challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement. Develop strategic recommendations and actionable solutions related to business processes, organizational design, technology adoption, and change management. Collaborate closely with clients at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering trust. Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to clients and senior stakeholders. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry trend analysis to inform strategic recommendations. Facilitate workshops and facilitate discussions to gather insights and drive consensus among client teams. Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client relationship management. Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and innovative solutions in management consulting. Ensure the highest standards of quality and professionalism in all client engagements. Drive the implementation of recommended solutions and support clients through periods of change. Qualifications: Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a strategic role within a corporate environment. Proven experience in leading complex consulting projects and managing project teams. Demonstrated expertise in areas such as strategy development, operational improvement, digital transformation, or organizational change. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of business principles and diverse industry landscapes. Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and client management skills. Ability to travel to client sites as required. Proficiency in data analysis tools and presentation software. A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Experience in financial services, technology, or healthcare industries is a plus.
