Our client is looking for a creative and experienced Senior Curriculum Developer with a specialization in early learning to join their innovative, fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing engaging and effective educational curricula for children aged 0-5. You will leverage your deep understanding of child development, pedagogical best practices, and digital learning technologies to create impactful learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of developing age-appropriate content, writing clear learning objectives, and collaborating with subject matter experts and educators. Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks and lesson plans for early childhood education programs. Create engaging and developmentally appropriate learning materials, including activities, assessments, and digital content. Ensure curriculum aligns with national and state early learning standards and research-based best practices. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and educators to review and refine curriculum content. Write clear and measurable learning objectives for all curriculum components. Develop strategies for assessing student progress and program effectiveness. Manage curriculum development projects from conception to implementation. Stay updated on the latest trends and research in early childhood education and digital learning. Provide guidance and support to educators using the developed curriculum. Contribute to the overall educational strategy and vision of the organization. Qualifications: Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in curriculum design and development, with a strong focus on early childhood education. In-depth knowledge of child development principles and learning theories for young children (0-5 years). Proven ability to write engaging and effective educational content. Experience with instructional design principles and learning technologies. Strong understanding of assessment design and data analysis for educational programs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Proficiency in content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus. Demonstrated passion for improving early learning outcomes.
