The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to managing contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing the supply chain, driving cost savings, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and opportunities within the procurement landscape. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to support company goals. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, reliability, and service. Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations and company standards. Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase order generation, tracking, and receiving. Analyze market trends and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage inventory levels. Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of suppliers and procurement data. Mitigate supply chain risks and develop contingency plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems. Understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management principles. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities. Experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.
