Our client, a respected organization dedicated to community betterment, is seeking a passionate and organized Non-Profit Program Manager to lead impactful initiatives in Detroit, Michigan, US . This role is central to the successful planning, execution, and evaluation of our client's vital programs, ensuring they meet their objectives and serve the community effectively. The Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program delivery, from initial concept development and fundraising support to day-to-day operations and impact assessment. This position requires a strong commitment to social impact, excellent project management skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing program strategies and work plans, managing program budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements and organizational policies. You will lead and motivate program staff, volunteers, and partners to achieve program goals, and develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track progress and measure outcomes. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is highly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit sector, is required. Proven experience in grant writing, fundraising, and budget management is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are crucial for coordinating complex projects and managing diverse teams. Experience with community outreach and building partnerships is a significant advantage. A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the non-profit sector and the Detroit, Michigan, US community is desirable.
