Our client, a dynamic and growing organization in **Seattle, Washington, US**, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. Responsibilities: Manage complex and ever-changing calendars for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and prepare for executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening calls and directing inquiries appropriately. Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior leadership. Maintain and organize electronic and physical filing systems. Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and workflow. Occasional event planning and coordination for company gatherings. Provide general administrative support, including copying, scanning, and mailing. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar senior support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and G Suite. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information. Experience with calendar management and travel coordination. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with project management principles is a plus. Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable.
