Our client, a fast-growing company in the automotive sector, is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead their marketing initiatives in Detroit, Michigan, US . This role will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website management. You will analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and measure the performance of campaigns against key metrics. Collaboration with sales, product development, and creative teams will be essential to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. Responsibilities include: Developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. Managing and optimizing paid search (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. Overseeing the company's social media presence and developing engaging content strategies. Leading SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking. Analyzing website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth. Collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling marketing collateral and assets. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CPA, conversion rates). Staying current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Managing the digital marketing budget effectively to achieve campaign goals. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution. Proven experience with SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
