Learn more at foam.io. About the Role We're looking for a dynamic Client Success leader to join our growing team at Foam. Based in Los Angeles - a hub for talent managers and agents - this role will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding relationships with some of the most influential talent management companies in the world. As a trusted partner, you'll ensure our clients see Foam not just as a tool, but as an essential extension of their business. You'll combine relationship-building with hands-on product training, feedback gathering, and growth strategy to drive adoption and deepen engagement across client organizations. This is a highly visible, relationship-first role that requires confidence, creativity, and hustle to meet clients where they are and want to be - whether that's in their office, at Whalar Group's creator campus The Lighthouse, over coffee, at lunch, or even during a manicure. Here's What You'll Do Day to Day • Building strong, trust-based relationships with talent managers and agents through frequent in-person interactions (coffees, meals, office visits, events, and more). • Act as the face of Foam in LA - ensuring we're seen as a partner, not just a vendor. • Onboard, train, and support new clients, ensuring they're set up for success. • Conduct regular demos of Foam to showcase features, updates, and best practices. • Drive adoption by encouraging broader use across teams and deeper engagement with Foam's full suite of features. • Surprise and delight clients with thoughtful touches (swag, gestures, and memorable experiences). • Collect, synthesize, and share client feedback internally to inform product development and feature prioritization. • Represent Foam at LA-based industry events, gatherings, and client activations. • Consistently track and report on client health, usage, and satisfaction. Here's What We're Looking For • Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, with flexibility to travel locally for in-person meetings multiple times per week. • Experience: 5+ years of experience in client success, partnerships, account management, or talent management/agency roles. (Manager-level candidates may have 3+ years with exceptional growth potential.) • Industry fluency: Understanding of the creator economy, talent management, and/or digital media landscape. • Relationship builder: You thrive on building trust and long-term partnerships, with a natural ability to connect and engage at all levels. • Client-first mindset: Obsessed with client satisfaction, retention, and growth. • Product curiosity: Comfort demoing software, training users, and explaining complex features in simple, actionable ways. • Self-starter: Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to operate independently, creatively, and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment. • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Our values: At Whalar Group, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) isn't just a statement, it's our collective strength. Our people are our superpower. A diverse team and inclusive leadership have shaped Whalar since our inception in 2016, fueling a constant evolution of growth. We champion a culture of respect and empathy, fostering a sense of belonging that transcends demographics. We hire individuals of all backgrounds and empower them to thrive, challenge stereotypes, and actively break societal barriers. The perks: Foam provides flexible benefits and collaborative work environments/experiences, so employees can work productively in a setting that best and uniquely suits their needs. • Medical, Dental, Vision • 25 days of PTO + Sick days + Winter break • Retirement planning with employer match • Monthly phone/internet reimbursement • Professional development stipend • New joiner Home office allowance • Fertility benefits • Up to 16 weeks of paid parental leave • Volunteer days • Identity theft protection & Legal assistance • Company Paid Life & Disability Insurance • Extra Voluntary Life Insurance Policy • Voluntary Hospital and Critical Illness Insurance • Voluntary Pet insurance • Employee Resource Groups Whalar Group provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
