We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can turn complexity into clarity. You’ll lead positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for products that serve everyone from HR leaders to individual account holders. This is a high-impact role for someone who’s analytical, strategic, and passionate about improving the way people access and manage their benefits. What You’ll Do Use AI to distill complex regulatory information, segment audiences, and personalize communications at scale. Own end-to-end go-to-market strategy for HSA, FSA, COBRA, and other benefits products—across employer, broker, and consumer audiences. Develop messaging and content that simplifies the complex and clearly articulates value. Translate product updates and regulatory shifts into easy-to-understand communications. Build and refine sales enablement materials that help our teams close deals and support partners. Work closely with product, sales, legal, and customer success to align on roadmap, positioning, and growth opportunities. Use customer and market data to uncover insights, track performance, and guide strategy. What You Bring Experience with—or appetite to learn—AI tools that support content generation, insights analysis, and multichannel GTM strategies. 5–7 years in B2B or B2B2C product marketing—ideally in fintech, healthcare, or benefits tech. Proven ability to create sharp positioning and translate complex product features into customer value. Strong sales enablement instincts and experience supporting distributed sales teams or partner networks. Data-driven mindset—you’re comfortable making decisions with dashboards, not just decks. Exceptional communicator who can craft clean copy, smart frameworks, and simple visuals. The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
