About the Team/Role We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Programs Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a junior to intermediate-level professional who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and tracking of various marketing programs and projects across multiple disciplines. This is a critical support role that ensures our marketing efforts run smoothly, on time, and on budget. How you'll make an impact Cross-Discipline Program & Project Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for marketing projects, coordinating tasks and timelines across various teams, including content, design, digital, and product marketing. Facilitate project kick-offs, check-ins, and debriefs to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met. Maintain and update cross-company cross-sell and vertical solution selling project plans and calendars, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is accessible to all relevant parties. Marketing Budget Tracking and Management: Assist in the tracking and management of the marketing department's budget, monitoring expenses against planned allocations. Process and submit invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders. Provide regular reports on budget status to the marketing leadership team. Intake Request Process & Prioritization: Manage the marketing intake process, receiving and logging requests from internal stakeholders. Work with marketing leadership to prioritize incoming requests based on business goals and resource availability. Communicate project status and timelines back to stakeholders, managing expectations effectively. Marketing Asset Support: Perform basic content updates across marketing materials such as updating logos and copying and pasting new content to replace old versions. Assist with asset management, ensuring all marketing materials are organized and easily accessible. Marketing Leadership Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate the monthly business review rhythm, ensuring all marketing leaders provide their deliverables on time. Gather and consolidate data and presentations for key marketing meetings. Schedule and coordinate meetings for the marketing leadership team and other key stakeholders as needed. Experience you'll bring 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or administrative role. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and collaborative team player with a positive attitude. The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
