Lead process hazard analyses (PHA), HAZOP reviews, and other safety and operability assessments. Support equipment selection, sizing, procurement, and vendor technical evaluations. Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions in both design and operational stages. Drive process optimization initiatives to improve throughput, yield, and energy efficiency. Mentor and guide junior process engineers, fostering a strong technical culture within the team. Participate in commissioning and start-up activities, ensuring smooth transition to steady-state operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices. Support budget, schedule, and resource planning from a process engineering perspective.
