Full Description
Job Description: • Develop and maintain global commodity strategies and sourcing roadmaps • Lead supplier selection, RFI/RFP/RFQ, and negotiations for LTAs • Drive supplier segmentation, QBRs, and corrective action plans • Deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and productivity targets • Identify and mitigate risks across capacity, supply continuity, and compliance • Collaborate with Engineering, Ops, and R&D for innovation and design-to-cost Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years in sourcing, procurement, or supplier management • Experience with supplier negotiations and global strategies Benefits: • Medical/dental/vision insurance • Life, accident, and disability insurance • Paid vacation time • Paid sick leave • Tax-advantaged flexible spending and health savings accounts • Employee assistance program • Tuition reimbursement • Employee stock purchase plan • Western Digital Savings 401(k) Plan
