Westcoast Saw is hiring an E-commerce Purchasing & Operations Manager to oversee purchasing, inventory management, vendor coordination, and daily operational execution for our e-commerce business. This is a hands-on, on-site role in Tukwila, WA, working closely with warehouse operations and leadership to ensure products are available, costs are controlled, and processes scale efficiently. Ideal candidate must be humble and willing to jump in to support all departments wherever business levels dictate – whether shipping, packaging product, picking orders, or customer service. This role is ideal for someone with strong e-commerce operations experience who enjoys ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Purchasing & Inventory • Manage purchasing and replenishment for e-commerce product lines • Forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels • Create and track purchase orders; manage lead times and deliveries • Analyze sales trends, inventory turnover, and margins Vendor & Supply Chain Management • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers • Maintain vendor relationships and resolve supply or quality issues • Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities E-commerce & Warehouse Operations • Oversee day-to-day operational workflows on-site • Work closely with warehouse staff • Ensure inventory accuracy and SKU integrity across systems • Improve processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability • Willingness to join warehouse team as needed to support daily operations – receiving, shipping, customer service, or other general warehouse tasks Reporting & Collaboration • Track KPIs such as inventory turns, fill rate, and gross margin • Prepare operational reports and forecasts • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and customer service teams Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, purchasing, or supply chain management • Strong knowledge of inventory planning and demand forecasting • Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners • Proficiency with eCommerce, Shipping, and Inventory Systems • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills • Excellent communication with vendors and external customers Preferred Qualifications • Experience in an eCommerce warehouse or distribution environment • Familiarity with ERP or advanced inventory management systems • Experience in a fast-growing e-commerce business Compensation & Benefits • Salary range: $85,000 – $115,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications • Health benefits, PTO, and additional benefits • Stable, on-site role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee discount • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
