The Trail Signage Specialist will draft ready-to-print trail signage and vet print-ready artwork for various signage types. They will also update trail maps and provide writing and editing support for signage-related publications.
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required along with a minimum of two years of experience in developing trail and open space signage. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

About the Opportunity This position will coordinate with OEDC’s Infrastructure Coordinator and WVU Trails manager. What You'll Do Draft ready-to-print trail signage for trails on WVU campus Draft and vet print-ready artwork for use on trailhead kiosks, trailside navigation signage, emergency response locators, and interpretive signage Use GIS data, ARCPro, and Adobe Creative Suite products to update trail maps and wayfinding signage Provide writing and editing support on signage related publications Assist with editing and publishing of WVU Trail Signage Toolkit Length of Assignment: 12 Months Work Hours: Approximately 4.5 hours per week Pay Grade: 16 Bachelor's degree in a related field A minimum of two (2) years of experience involving: Developing trail and open space signage Any equivalent combination of related education and/or experience will be considered.
