Support new hires and existing employees with sales training and process documentation.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in sales or sales training with preference for outside sales experience.
As the Senior Trainer – Sales, you will be supporting new hires, providing ongoing training for existing employees, and facilitating new initiatives. You must have strong knowledge in sales, sales methodology, sales systems, process improvement, and effective training techniques. Additionally, this role will incorporate emerging IoT (Internet of Things) technologies into training strategies to better equip sales teams for modern customer needs. Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires, ensuring they are well-versed in our sales methodologies, processes and systems. * Provide ongoing training support for existing employees, focusing on new initiatives and updated processes. * Continuously update and improve current sales processes documentation to reflect best practices and evolving methodologies. * Develop, organize, and steward new process documentation to support changes in sales methodologies, systems, and procedures. * Collaborate with sales leadership to identify training needs and implement effective training programs. * Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, adjusting as needed to maximize learning outcomes. * Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in sales training and process improvement. Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree required * 5+ years relevant experience in sales, sales operations and/or sales training * 1-2 years of experience as an Outside Sales Representative preferred * Experience with sales systems and processes * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Strong communication and problem solving skills * Exceptional training and coaching abilities * Strong analytical skills for process improvement * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously * Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales training software * Ability to travel 0% - 25% #LI-JB1 #LI-REMOTE This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
