Job Description As the Senior Specialist – Digital Adoption & Analytics, you will play a key role in the creation, maintenance, and governance of various resources that support user-facing documentation that supports DDP system adoption across the organization. You will develop and update reference guides, release notes, and end-user communications, ensuring content remains accurate and aligned with system updates. This role manages version control standards and partners closely with technology and business stakeholders to validate content and reflect current processes. You will also support digital adoption tools such as WalkMe and assist with learning and adoption platform administration to ensure employees have clear, consistent resources that drive effective system use and business results. Responsibilities • Create, update, and maintain user-facing reference guides, release notes, and communications to support system adoption and ongoing updates. • Maintain content within learning and digital adoption platforms like WalkMe, including uploading materials, updating curricula, assigning learning, and organizing resources. • Partner with technology and business stakeholders to validate content and ensure documentation reflects current processes and functionality. • Troubleshoot end-user questions related to learning content, documentation, and system navigation; update materials as needed based on feedback or changes. • Develop and run standard and ad hoc reports to track learning completion, content usage, and support ongoing updates. • Provide training or guidance to stakeholders and end users on available resources and tools as needed. Qualifications • Bachelors Degree – Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Systems, Data Analytics required; Masters Degree preferred • 6+ years of experience in LMS administration and/or training documentation development (or equivalent role) • 6+ years of current experience with reporting and analytics within learning, digital adoption, or enterprise system environments • Experience maintaining and updating user-facing learning content within LMS or digital adoption platforms, including reference guides, job aids, and supporting materials • Proven ability to do the day-to-day tasks of LMS Administration (e.g. course catalog administration, assignment of courses to target audiences, creating notifications, troubleshooting and maintenance, testing courses) • Demonstrated ability to create course evaluations/surveys/tests and corresponding reporting • Proven ability to author and run standard and custom reports • Experience with basic analytics (e.g. data analysis, presenting trends/findings in a meaningful way to stakeholders) • Mastery of Excel • Intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint • Proven ability to communicate concepts clearly and concisely to stakeholders • Familiarity with internal sales workflows, systems, and terminology is strongly preferred • Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS is desired • Experience with WalkMe is strongly desired • Experience leveraging AI tools or automation technologies is preferred. • Basic knowledge of data visualization/infographics is a plus • Basic knowledge of Articulate 360 is a plus • Basic knowledge of audio/video editing is a plus • Ability to travel up to 25% Compensation Details: $81,753 - $110,366 Annually This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
