What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking or financial services. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment. - Proficiency with computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a contact center or call center environment. - Knowledge of banking products and services. - Familiarity with Federal Reserve holidays and banking compliance requirements. - Previous remote work experience.
