What You'll Do: - You will assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution via phone and digital channels. - You will provide accurate information about WesBanco products and services to help customers make informed decisions. - You will process customer requests efficiently while maintaining compliance with banking regulations. - You will identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products that meet customer needs. - You will document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the bank’s CRM system. - You will collaborate with team members and management to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with banking policies and technology. - You will occasionally attend in-person meetings as required to support team initiatives. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting. - You have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a fully remote customer service role. - Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards. - Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, to support diverse customer needs. - Familiarity with digital banking platforms and tools.
